Amazing Link Zeus Slot Demo + My Review
Amazing Link Zeus is one of the most underrated pokies from SpinPlay Games (Microgaming) in my opinion, and on this page, I’m going to be telling you all about it – and what to expect when playing for yourself.
Unsurprisingly, this is a Zeus-inspired slot, and as soon as I loaded it up, I felt as though I was perched right on the edge of Olympus! There’s some great graphics, thunderous sound effects, and plenty of bonuses and features to discuss – so, without further ado, let’s get into it!

Theme, Mechanics, & Visuals

Amazing Link Zeus takes place in a cloudy Mount Olympus-like setting, and you’ll see golden reel frames and a thundurous-looking temple as you begin spinning! Now, for me, the visuals are quite traditional; lots of gold, blue lightning, Greek marble columns, and mythological symbols – but it looks decent enough, and SpinPlay Games has pulled it off quite well.
The game’s symbols include playing card values, including 9, 10, jack, queen, king, and ace as the low-value ones, and the high value symbols are all theme-specific and include a vase, harp, eagle, and pegasus. Zeus himself is the game’s wild – and also the highest-paying standard symbol.
Bonus Features

There’s quite a lot going on in Amazing Link Zeus, and the first feature is the Amazing Link mechanic. It’s triggered when 6+ Amazing symbols land in view, and you then receive 3 Respins. All triggering Amazing symbols lock in place, and any new ones that land also lock. The Respin counter resets back to three when at least one new symbol lands, and this process simply continues until you either fill the screen, or fail to land any new symbols for 3 consecutive Respins.
The second bonus is the Zeus Pick Game, and this is a separate jackpot-style feature that’s triggered by landing Amazing symbols. When it activates, you’re shown a number of hidden icons – and you simply need to pick to reveal three matching values, which corresponds to a jackpot amount.
Finally, there’s a Free Spins bonus, triggered by landing land three of the scatter symbols on reels 1, 3, and 5. Doing so awards 10 free spins, and every spin, one reel is randomly filled with the Gold Amazing symbols – making it much easier to trigger the Amazing Link bonus within the Free Spins.
Mobile Performance

As you’ll know, if you’ve read any of my other slot reviews, I do most of my betting from my mobile phone, so I’m always on the lookout for mobile-optimised and mobile-friendly slots. Amazing Link Zeus isn’t the most effective mobile game in the world, but it does the job, and as you can see from the screenshots above, the game renders pretty nicely in portrait mode on my phone.
I was actually really impressed with the game’s battery usage, though; I played for about 40 mins on a Samsung S23 Ultra, and lost only 8% battery – and that’s really good – seriously.
My Final Thoughts
On the whole, Amazing Link Zeus is a pretty decently-made game. I like the fact that there’s so much going on (three different bonuses and features), and, with a maximum win potential of up to 5,300x, there’s some really good hits to be found here, too.
Yes, it’s not the most modern-looking game on the planet, but it renders well on mobile devices, and if you’re the type of player who wants jackpots, Hold & Win bonuses, free spins, and “Pick me Bonuses” – this is definitely a game I can recommend.
